“We have a lot of things planned,” Valve’s Dan Houser told GameSpot.
“It’s very important for us to have the final product.”
Houser added that it’s still early days for the new patch, but that he believes “there’s a lot to like” about the current build.
“It’s been a really good development cycle for us,” Housers added.
“And the last two years have been the best development cycle we’ve had, and we’re pretty proud of that.”
The upcoming patch is scheduled to release on February 19, and will bring several changes to the game.
It will add a new story mode, a new multiplayer map called The End, a brand new mission called Warpath, and the return of the legendary warlock Ragnaros, along with the return to the World of Warcraft and World of WarCraft II gameplay.
