A group of high-end video game collectors has revealed their plans to re-release the highly anticipated ‘WarCraft’ game for the PS4 and Xbox One.
Speaking to GameSpot, collector and game maker Ryan Smith told Gamespot that the original game was released in 2003, and that he had collected it for a while before getting it re-published for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox one in 2017.
“I’ve had a lot of people email me saying ‘I got this game back in ’09 and I don’t even know how to get it back’,” he said.
“The only thing I know is I bought it on the PS3, I didn’t buy it on PC.
I bought this game on the Xbox 360, but it’s all brand new, it’s brand new.”
He continued: “I was a huge fan of ‘Warhammer’ for years and I’ve always loved ‘Warlock’.”
I’m really excited that it’s going to come back in this form.
It’s a great way to introduce the game and give fans the chance to play it.
“The new version of ‘WARCRAFT’ will feature a more modern look than the original, with the art team working closely with a new artist to deliver the same quality of work that fans have come to expect from ‘Warlord’ games.
Smith said he had a ton of fan feedback from gamers who had played the game, and had also received great feedback from his friends, who had never played the original.”
